Shipping Policy

At Osiris Brands, we work hard to deliver the pet products you trust quickly, reliably, and with care.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer local delivery throughout select Central Ohio communities. Delivery availability may vary based on your location and product availability.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays may be processed the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Our goal is to provide same-day or next-day delivery whenever possible. Estimated delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, carrier delays, inventory availability, or high order volume.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order. Osiris Brands is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.

Delayed or Unavailable Items

In rare cases, certain items may become temporarily unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we may contact you regarding substitutions, partial fulfillment, delays, or cancellations.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you and your pets to feel confident shopping with Osiris Brands.

Eligible Returns

Most unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened treats
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Dog & Cat Food

Osiris Brands accepts returns on most pet food, including opened bags or cans, within 14 days of purchase if your pet does not like it or if it causes issues. For a full refund, you must have the original receipt or proof of purchase, and it is recommended that at least 75% of the product remains in the bag.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to help process a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping or Pickup

For eligible local returns, we may offer return pickup or provide return instructions depending on the situation. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

Right to Refuse Returns

Osiris Brands reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
